Use the button at the top of the Feed or the button on the Recognitions tab to recognize a colleague or a group of colleagues.

Choose from a number of badges to attach to your recognition.

Next, enter a description that describes why you are recognizing your colleague(s).  You can then choose to attach a company value(s), and an image or GIF to your recognition.

The recognition will be posted in the Feed for users to cheer or comment on.

Use the variables on the left of the Recognitions page to filter the recognition feed.  The content on the right of the page shows trending company values and top users who have been recognized or have recognized others over the past 30 days.
