To configure the Slack integration, you'll need to have admin access to your Slack account.
Click the Admin view and find the "Integrations" tab on the dashboard at the left. Then, click on the "Add to Slack" button to begin the process.
You'll be able to choose a channel to which CultureHQ notifications will post. Many Admins will choose an existing general channel, or they will create a #culturehq channel and invite users to join it.
Benefits of integrating with Slack
Once configured, notifications will post to your default Slack channel or to a different channel that the user selects. Notifications will post to Slack when:
A user creates a story
The user can post to the channel of their choice, or not post to Slack at all
A user/admin solicits a story through Slack
A prompt can be sent to a channel or to an individual user as a direct message
