Use the "Community" tab to view all of your colleagues. Click into each to view their profile.

Click on the overlapping attributes to expand the list of commonalities you share with any colleague:

Click on the "Follow" button to follow your colleague. This will promote your colleague's content higher on your Home Page.

As with social media, the best way to interact with your colleagues is by cheering and commenting on their stories. These stories can be viewed on the Home Page, and also on their profiles.

Click into the comment box to open the text features.

When commenting, you can add an image or select a GIF to make your note more dynamic.

You can also tag colleagues or groups of colleagues using the "@" symbol.
