Your org's account may be set up to post to any of the following social networks:

  • LinkedIn

  • Twitter

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

Through an exclusive partnership with LinkedIn, the CultureHQ platform is also able to mimic the LinkedIn interface. This allows users to post to LinkedIn and react to LinkedIn stories on the Home page without leaving CultureHQ.

Readying a Story for Social

After its written, a story can be shared immediately on social only if:

  • The author is an admin

  • The org setup allows users to share on social without admin review

Otherwise, every story must be reviewed and approved by an admin before it is shared. The admin will choose to which social channels the story should be posted.

If the admin is approving the story for you to post (rather than posting themselves), it will appear on the Home page in the following states on Web and mobile:

Click on the "Share" button to post your story to social. You'll be able to choose which network to post to, based on those available through your account.

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok require that story posts be completed through mobile.

If you're starting on your PC, you'll need to scan the generated QR code to open your story in the CultureHQ app:

There, you will click the button to copy the story text, and paste it in the social app. You'll be given the choice of format -- whether as a post, story, trend, etc.

This mobile flow will complete your post to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

If your story is posted on LinkedIn, it can be interacted with on CultureHQ (below). LinkedIn reactions and comments outside of CultureHQ will also show here.
